The Panda and The Boo

Comic time, I assure you, within about a week, there should be more frequent comic updates!

So the good news is classes are over for the trimester…bad news is I’ve got 3 exams coming up, with 2 of those on the same day. I truly wish I could do like Panda, but unfortunately, that would be shooting myself in the foot so to speak! It is however what I’ve fantasized about at the end of every single school year I’ve experienced.

So yep, 2 finals on May 6th, but the payoff is I’m taking off for Australia on the 7th!

What about you guys? Any crazy things you do when your school year ends, or when you’re off work for a vacation? Let us know!

Hey pandacubs!

Sorry for the lack of content lately (seems like a running theme, I know) but starting this coming Monday we’ll be back to producing comics and videos for The Panda and The Boo.

Marie landed safely in Australia on the 9th of May, and we’ve basically just been taking some time to ourselves since it’s been so long since we were both in the same country. In that time we’ve been playing a lot of Pokemon and watching a lot of movies and generally just doing the things we enjoy.

We have a few new things planned for the site in the next few months, and we hope you’ll all enjoy it.

Thanks for sticking with us people! We really appreciate it.

Panda’s Art Dump #5

So here’s an art dump guys, featuring the original panda, also known as Yu-Fei. In the game City of Heroes, she was a martial arts melee fighter, and she had a nifty healing factor (though I died constantly because I sucked ). Her backstory was the usual, probably clichéd ‘Super soldier’ on the run thing. I know, not really imaginative but yeah. It’s pretty much what you may have seen in the Dark Angel TV series, or for those of you who know it, the Cybersix comic books and animated TV series.

So yeah, Yu-Fei pretty much goes around kicking all sorts of ass, while she searches for her 6 missing siblings. I won’t go into details, but that’s pretty much it!

The following pictures are pretty much going from oldest to most recent, if my memory serves right (the year next to the signature might help too ). Some of ‘em are pencil sketches, some color ones are unfinished. That’s pretty much all I’ve got on her so here she is guys!
