You all probably already know that Blizzard laid off around 600 employees recently. While they didn’t state the reason, I think we all know it’s due to declining subscriptions to World of Warcraft.
Here’s the question, do you think Diablo 3 will bring enough people back into Blizzards camp? For me, Diablo 3 is just too little too late. While I have nothing against Blizzard as they’ve kept me entertained since I was 16 and got my copy of Diablo, I get the feeling they keep moving in the wrong direction.
